Add a Column to Body Condition Checks

In Setup → Deceased Setup → Condition Checks (Body Condition), Adding a new column for the Symbol in the Body Condition Checks section. The functionality will include:

• A new column for the Symbol will be introduced.

• If the Symbol is marked as "yes," it should be displayed on the dashboard whenever the deceased has this specific body condition.
