New data interrogator Report Module

New reporting module that will allow on-the-fly interrogation of deceased data by means of being able to add/remove columns to be included in the report and on-the-fly filtering of data (e.g. include all deceased between start/end date, where category of loss is Adult and group by post mortem type)
