Following a recent HTA inspection, it was noted on the specimens section, there is no option to put the amount of slides returned following histology returning with the lab. I asked to have it added on and was suggested it goes on here.

Also, we don’t have Pathologists on site, so they take the slides off site to look at them. It was requested by them that there is an extra step put in from external to collected, back to external again rather than straight to completed.
