Viewing ID Checks

Would it be possible to get a viewing ID and consent section built into EDEN with a signature section similar to when the Funeral Directors come to collect a deceased? Following a recent HTA visit they would like some signed ID check/Consent area and although we have a form for this we are trying to go paperless (or at lease paper lite) and would be easier and more efficient to get this sign on the I-Pads directly onto EDEN.
